Customers may request cancellation of a service or order by contacting us via email at hello@nafdec.com within 24 hours of the transaction, provided the service has not already been delivered or activated.

Once a service has been initiated, activated, or delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

NaFDEc provides customized digital services including development of FPO websites (new domains or subdomains). Due to the nature of digital and customized services, refunds are limited.

• If a cancellation request is approved before the work begins, the refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Once the FPO website (new domain or subdomain) has been completed and delivered to the customer, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• Customers will not be eligible to receive any refund after the project completion or delivery of the website.

If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

• Refunds will be initiated within 6–8 business days after approval.
• The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:

• Services that have already been delivered or accessed.
• Requests received after the allowed cancellation period.
• Any misuse or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

In case of payment failures where the amount is deducted but the transaction fails:

The amount will typically be reversed automatically by the payment gateway or bank within 5–10 business days.
